DeSean Jackson signed a ceremonial contract on Friday Dec. 1, allowing him to retire as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles. DeSean Jackson, who is regarded as one of the most dynamic playmakers in NFL history, celebrated his retirement at the Island Water Park at Showboat Resort Atlantic City.
