A Star-Studded Lineup Leads the Return of the North to Shore Festival

ASBURY PARK – Get ready, New Jersey! The North to Shore Festival, which took the state by storm last summer, is back and bigger than ever. With an impressive lineup featuring Kevin Hart, Matchbox Twenty, Gary Clark Jr., the B-52s, Gabriel Iglesias, Bleachers, Jeezy, Scarface, Barenaked Ladies, Lake Street Dive, Prince Royce & Wisin, Keyshia Cole and Trey Songz, Frankie Valli, Stephen Colbert, and many more, this three-weekend, three-city extravaganza is set to dazzle.

Produced by the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), North to Shore will showcase the very best of New Jersey’s culture, creativity, and diversity from June 10 to June 30. The festival will start in Asbury Park (June 10-16), move to Atlantic City (June 17-23), and conclude in Newark (June 24-30). With events at more than 100 venues, the festival aligns with the Murphy’s vision of a celebration worthy of the Garden State’s innovative spirit.

Governor Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy, the brains behind North to Shore, have designed this event to spotlight the Garden State’s rich cultural tapestry. “Our inaugural North to Shore Festival was the beginning of a proud, new annual tradition that brings some of the biggest stars to New Jersey,” said Governor Murphy. “This year’s festival will be even bigger and better, and we look forward to welcoming those from near and far to experience our unique state this summer.”

The announcement, made at the iconic Stone Pony in Asbury Park, highlighted the festival’s expanded lineup and partnerships. Prudential Financial returns as the title sponsor, joined by other significant partners like the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.

The 2023 festival was a resounding success, drawing nearly 250,000 attendees and generating $7.6 million in ticket sales. This year promises even more, with an array of performances, film screenings, panel discussions, and interactive events.

John Schreiber, CEO of NJPAC, emphasized the festival’s impact: “North to Shore proved to be an economic driver for the businesses and downtown districts that serve our state’s residents day-in and day-out. I’m proud to bring that support back to three of our most iconic cities this summer.”

The festival will also continue its tradition of giving back to the community. Through Growing Healthy Pantries, a portion of ticket sales will support food security initiatives across the state. Additionally, NJPAC has provided $367,000 in grants to artists, nonprofits, and small businesses to foster local creativity and participation.

Tickets are now available at NorthtoShore.com, and the North to Shore app offers festivalgoers a convenient way to plan their experience, buy tickets, and access exclusive content.
