Assembly Speaker Coughlin Announces Changes to Leadership Positions
Leadership roles are shifting in the New Jersey State Assembly.

(TRENTON) — Assembly Speaker Craig J. Coughlin (D-Middlesex) recently announced new leadership appointments. The changes strengthen the Assembly’s ability to address key issues, support legislative initiatives, and advance the Democratic Majority’s agenda.
“Each of the leaders being named today brings expertise, passion and strategic vision to their new roles,” said Speaker Coughlin. “I am grateful for the work they have done, and look forward to their further contributions in the Assembly. Together, we will work to advance legislation on issues including affordability, economic security, public safety, and improvements to health and education.”
